Hi Suresh,

Keep port different for ex 8089 in conf folder server.xml file new 
tomcatserver. Also register it as a different service name than default tomcat 
server.  
All should run smooth. 
In case exisitng tomcat needs reuse just deploy the midtier renamed war for ex 
arsys81 file manually in webapps folder within tomcat.

You can easily run two Mid-Tier's in the same Tomcat, or in separate tomcats on 
the same server, the current versions of Remedy don't use any native api, so 
there aren't any complications, older versions are also possible, but needed to 
do some work with shared libraries and such :)
