Hi All, Topic : Making a career in Remedy is good or Service Now? --------------------------------------------------------------
I know this topic has been discussed many a times but did not lead to conclusion yet from last two years. I know there are lot of ITSM consultants and architects in this list who are handling both Remedy and Service Now. This question is for them and for the people who have got the clarification for the this question. Many of my team members, friends and customers have asked me whether I suggest service now or remedy but everytime I blabber and say nothing. Can anybody suggest if making a career in Remedy is good or one can opt for service now? I know having knowledge in both is nice but that is not possible for all, so expecting some reasonable answers.
