Hi All, Back in the day of Remedy 6.3 on a home grown system, I could create a group on the group form and then just use the group in an active link for any form on the system. ITSM doesn't seem so easy. Not having worked with applications until now, I suspect there is more to than this.
In the Infrastructure Change I have a field that needs to be write/read for select users, and read only for everyone else. Probably this would be a dynamic group.
