Job Description: Our team is part of the engineering team within the IT Service Management program and responsible for development & deployment of the various modules within the IT Service Management. We are primarily using the BMC Remedy for the ITSM and Microsoft Biztalk for Integrations with different integration partners and external vendors. This contractor will be part of the engineering team and would be responsible for design, development and unit testing of the different components needed within the ITSM. 7+ years experience. Senior - Remedy developer - Technology subject matter responsible for the analysis, design and development of software solutions leveraging BMC s ITSM, SRM, ARS Remedy, Oracle SQL development and web technologies. Expert knowledge of ARS Remedy applications with at least 5+ years of hands on Remedy development experience. The candidate should have experience with ITSM 7.6 or higher and developing custom Remedy workflow, forms, reports and filters to meet specified requirements. Experience with SRM, CMDB, SLM, incident, problem, change and other BMC ITSM Suite processes and products. B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
