'Steve Ghost' has written a java program that will pull Remedy attachments out of the DB directly, without involving a Remedy server, or the API http://pastebin.com/LHGkSMDZ I've never used this code, and I can't confirm or deny that it works...but if you are wanting to get it directly from the DB, then this is one possible method to try.
