Making the accusation is the easy part – proving it is much tougher – just ask J&J. They tried suing a (small) competitor regarding patent infringement of their test strips for diagnostic equipment. They must be very specific to win. Not saying they can’t, but it will be years and lots of $$$$ in legal fees.
