Hi , We are working on BMC remedy ver 7.1 and it's an customized one. (no ITSM, no CMDB). We are consuming our client web service on our staging form to send attachment files to their remedy. But they have given us web service with attachment data type as string. I am unable to map it with my field on staging form due to incompatible type as it's in a base64binary. I need to convert attachment data to string type before sending it to our client and same we need to do it as vice versa. Please let me know how to encode and decode this attachment type from base64binary to string and vice versa. Thanks, Anup
