Hi, We have been asked to rejuvenate Remedy Knowledge Management 7.5 (standalone server, with Hummingbird 6.1) with Right Answers Knowledge Packs for content.
Does anyone have an original, unmodified, provided by either RA or BMC, version of the file rkm_RAcots_build.fte And/or rkm_RAcots_index.fte Both RA support and BMC support claim they did not provide the these. We have found several versions of, all of which appear to have been modified by previous programmers, just looking for a clean start.... Thanks!
