Hi, It means product catalog form of cmdb. Take backup of the custom records that u created in this form. The specific set of records, you will get to see request IDs in error log. Delete those specific records. Then restart the installation.
It is referring to cmdb extension failure. Check the same folder under logs/cmdb-extension folder. Thanks.
