Hello, I have an issue with launching RightAnswers from Remedy 7.5 using IE10 over Citrix. The error I am getting is below. Please note that it works fine when using my local browser (an older version of IE). I am not sure whether it is the new version of IE, or some settings on the Citrix server that might be causing the issue. Any help is much appreciated. I am attaching a screenshot of the error, if that helps. If you need any further info from me, please hit me back and I will provide it asap.
