Hi all, I get the error "The specified plug-in does not exist. : REMEDY.ARF.CAI ARERR 8755 in arerror.log, when I start submit a service request in SRM 8.1.02 SP4.
Also, I am unable to view the SR process view to debug errors as it throws error "Error on loading the document" and could find any incident created for the service. I have the below entries in my ar.conf file. Attached the ar.conf file of my dev server.
