Hi all,

I get the error "The specified plug-in does not exist. : REMEDY.ARF.CAI ARERR 
8755 in arerror.log, when I start submit a service request in SRM 8.1.02 SP4.

Also, I am unable to view the SR process view to debug errors as it throws 
error "Error on loading the document" and could find any incident created for 
the service.

I have the below entries in my ar.conf file. Attached the ar.conf file of my 
dev server.


Server-Plugin-Alias: REMEDY.ARF.CAI REMEDY.ARF.CAI WEMBMCREMEDY01:9999

Plugin-Path: C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\pluginsvr


Windows 2008 R2 and MSSQL 2008 ARS, ITSM, SRM in 8.1.02 Patch 2
