Hello, I think it is best to create your business logic within AI job/transformation. You will need some ARInput, CMDBLookup steps to find the needed information (instance id, recon id, remedy login name) and pass all this to AST:LoadAssetPeople form. After that you can use ootb DMT phases of validate and promote and asset people relationships will be correctly created. I would recommend this since it is not customization and it provides better error handling of the data and other issues.
