Hello everyone, Any of you attempted to write an app for mobility?
We are only interested in something that will allow people to create incidents and update them and nothing else. We have a couple of people who are hot in Java but need some pointers as how to get started and where we could obtain information for sample code, high level design etc.. Any advice on how to invoke remedy Java API or leverage the existing ITSM OOB web services to get the data on the iPhone/iPads. Would also help to know how to authenticate against LDAP and data encryption.
