Haven't used rrrchive, but you could also look at using Atrium Integrator to move the same data. You may have to educate yourself with AI and spoon if you aren't familiar with it, however we had a guy pick it up very quickly without knowing anything about it. We're now working on pushing out ITSM foundation data over to our CLM environment using the AI tool.
