We already installed ITSM 8.1. However we need to configure Change Management 8.1 (i.e. Change Templates, Approvers, Assignments, etc). We are gathering the requirements from our team. Does anyone have the Excel spreadsheets that we need in order to configure Change Management? I want our team to fill in the Change Management info so that I can load this into Remedy.
