Implementation and support of the Enterprise Monitoring and <span

like <span class="il">BMC</span> Performance Assurance
(BPA),<span class="il">BMC</span> <span
class="il">Capacity</span> Optimization (BCO).<br></span></li><li

font-size: small;">Above role will perform all responsibilities normally
associated with design, implementation, system administration, for the
client's <span class="il">BMC</span> <span
class="il">Capacity</span> Optimization suite- BPA & BCO.

style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica; font-size: small;">The BPA System
Administrator will be responsible to complete requests to establish, modify
and remove system performance collections on monitored servers (i.e. Adds,
Changes, and Deletes), modifying BPA collection schedules (scripts and
policies) and assuring overall proper system configuration on BPA system
consoles and agents. <br></span></li><li style="margin-left:
15px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica; font-size: small;">It
also includes assuring daily operation of the system - i.e. assuring agents
and collections are functioning and that collection data is transferred,
analyzed and populated into the BPA database, data summarization and
purging occurs per defined policies, troubleshooting incidents and problems
within the system, working to upgrade system software levels including
agent "packaging", working to enhance and upgrade system functions and
configurations on the system consoles, and working with other teams as
needed. <br></span></li><li style="margin-left: 15px;"><span
style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica; font-size: small;">Typical the other
teams that the BPA SA will interact with are Hosting services/ Server teams
(Windows/ Unix), DBAs, Application Management, <span
class="il">Capacity</span> Management and QA. <br></span></li><li
style="margin-left: 15px;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica;
font-size: small;">The BPA-SA role will be required to provide weekly
status reports to <span class="il">Capacity</span> Management
team, regarding the normal operations of the BPA environment, including
trending the BPA operations over time and the number of monitored servers

style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica; font-size: small;">Integration,
Troubleshooting and administration of all above products on UNIX, Windows
based hosts.<br></span></li><li style="margin-left: 15px;"><span

manage other Enterprise Tools like <span
class="il">BMC</span> Control M, HP BAC BPM<br></span></li><li

font-size: small;">Should be proficient in implementing solutions utilizing
ITIL frame work and best practices.<br></span></li><li style="margin-left:

small;">Experience in servers, client server architecture is
required<br></span></li><li style="margin-left: 15px;"><span
style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica; font-size: small;">Should have
experience in Data base technologies like SQL Server/Oracle

experience in software testing of web based applications will be value
