Migrating articles from 7.5 to 8.1. The 75 articles are OOTB with no customizations. However, there is a field in 75 called Environment that does not get converted using the 8.1 Article Conversion tool; other data looks good. Im sure there must be others out there who have done this but cannot find a document that provides that actual solution. BMC docs are vague.
