Hi all,

I'm setting up an AR Server (8.1 sp2) with just the core stuff on it. I got
past the usual snags associated with DoD locked down servers, but one still
stumps me and I'm looking for more spaghetti to throw at the wall to see what
sticks. The dispatcher specified in the armonitor.cfg file fails to start.

{timestamp} Dispatch : Authentication failed ARERR - 623
{timestamp} Dispatch : AR System Application server terminated -- fatal
error encountered (ARAPPNOTE 4501)

When I run the health check tool, it always times out on the step where it is
trying to check the approval server. That's not surprising if it is expecting
this process to be up and running, right?

The installation did have difficulties loading the approval app, so I'm tempted
to reload it by hand and make sure all the definitions and data are present.
Locked down servers are fun when it comes time to run installers. 8)

Anyone got any ideas for this? Seen anything similar?
Is this all explained somewhere I couldn't find? (yah... like that snake that
would'a bit me 8) )

Win2008 server

Thanks!
