Solution Ensure the ITSM Applications are deployable applications and in a State of "Production". This can be verified via the Developer Studio with below steps: - Open Dev Studio > Navigator > Applications > Right Click on Remedy Change Management > Edit Application > Expand the General tab. - The State field will show as Test, Maintenance or Production.
