Anybody have the time to help a unix person getting
started?

I work on a Unix estate which is managed by Remedy
6.?.? something. My goal "hopefully" is to interact
with our Remedy system from the command line,
confirming reboots and creating incidents (disk
failures etc) requests. We also use Remedy for CMDB,
so populating hostnames, disk serials, cpu and memory
etc...... heard it may have something to do with web
forms?

I've never worked with Remedy before, have no idea
what
"tiers" are required...actually anything for that
matter.

Any takers?

Cheers
Bruce
