I don't have a lot of experience using the Remedy Webservices but here's

some generic advice:

You'd do well to start with the SOAP:Lite module from the CPAN.
http://search.cpan.org/dist/SOAP-Lite/
The distribution will install an executable called stubmaker that 
will build a client module for a specific webservice (form) from 
the WSDL description produced by the webservices plugin.

If you need more help with the SOAP::Lite and Webservices stuff you 
might want to look at asking on Perlmonks (http://www.perlmonks.org)
