You may want to use our RRR|Chive tool if you have both servers up and
running at the same time.

It can also do incremental transfers of data.

You may want to skip a couple of forms and take them through AR Import.
Especially the User-form, as the password will not transfer in the right
way.

Sample configuration for RRR|Chive:
source_server   = oldserver
source_user     = Demo

target_password =
multipleforms   = *
skipforms       = User
qual            = 1=1
transfertype    = SYNCTOTARGET
