Hello All,

I'm trying to compile ARSPerl 1.74 on a Solaris 10 box, but get the
following error when I enter the "make" command:

cc -c -I/usr/local/apps/csdev/ar/api/include -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE
-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -xarch=v8 -D_TS_ERRNO -xO3 -xspace -xildoff
-DVERSION=\"1.74\" -DXS_VERSION=\"1.74\" -KPIC
"-I/usr/perl5/5.8.4/lib/sun4-solaris-64int/CORE" -DPROFILE -g -DARS32
-DARS452 -DPERL_PATCHLEVEL_IS=8 -DPERL_SUBVERSION_IS=4
-DPERL_BASEREV_IS=50 ARS.c
/usr/ucb/cc: language optional software package not installed
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `ARS.o'

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
