Hello

Its started. I'm being contacted by journalists and writers that want to
ensure that they have the correct or any updated artwork.

Currently, I can point people to
http://marketing.openoffice.org/graphics/logos/ and
http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/galleries/marketing/logos/ for logos.

I know that we are working on updating the galleries, but is there a
link to OpenOffice.org that includes "2.0" ? The issue is
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=43696

We've reached (I believe) a consensus on the 2.0 logos. I uploaded the OOo 2.0 logos in various formats to Files & Documents, and they are still pending approval.

Unfortunately, the site is running too slow for me to investigate what
was the agreed outcome.

Also, what is the outcome that you are waiting for from Koper wrt the logo?

We are waiting for an "official" approval of the 2.0 logos we created as well as the style manual.

If you can point me in the general direction of the new logo (with and
without 2.0), I would be most grateful.

http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/galleries/marketing/logos/ curently has the logos without 2.0; the new logos with the 2.0 designation need to be added once they are approved.

http://marketing.openoffice.org/graphics/logos/ should really just be a placeholder that redirects visitors to http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/galleries/marketing/logos/ so we can avoid duplication of effort and divergent logo files.
