Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo CID Executive Secretary Ms. Lambrini Raikou was invited to attend the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo, Norway. Ask for her personal impressions. 05. CID Section in Beyoglu, Turkey Announcing the establishment of a CID-UNESCO Section in Beyoglu, a municipality in the center of Istanbul, Turkey. The Section is now officially recognized and available for direct contacts and cooperation. 06. Ballet Festival in Saint-Petersburg The 10th Ballet Festival to take place in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, from 30 March to 5 April 2011 is open to applications. It includes: gala, series of master-classes, round tables for the teachers and choreographers, exhibition of ballet photography. 07. Various folk festivals Travel agency proposes various festivals for folk groups in 2010: Turkey 13-20 July or 20-24 July. Bulgaria 5-10 July or 10-15 July. Tunisia any one week from 1 June to 30 September. Spain 8-13 September. Tunisia one week from 31 October to 11 November. Malta 26 December to 2 January 2011 or from 27 December to 3 January 2011. 08.
