Hi, I have two problems when trying to get the run_blastp script working. 1. The database is somehow not passed correctly to the blastall. blastall complains about not finding an index for the database and then there are some strange ESC codes and not the database name I gave with full absolute path in the set blastp options. 2. If I hard code the database name in the run_blastp script, then blastp works fine. But now there is the problem that with view->search results->blastp results I get an error message which says that artemis can not find the file blastp/test.seq.out.00001.out. This file is present exactly at the place where artemis wants to find it and it is just a normal blastp result file.
Artemis is version 5. Any idea what's wrong here? Thanks, David.
