I'm a brand new user too - I've read the manual but can't figure out what is going on when a second entry is opened into the same window - how is the program handling that second sequence in relationship to the first entry opened? If they are related does it have the capacity to align them? How are the features reconciled, if indeed they are? What if the sequences are completely unrelated?
