Hello --
I'm having quite a bit of difficulty with the processing of the blast
files for the ACT packages. I'm working with data for Plasmodium sp. and
plan to work through Mycoplasma sp.
I would be grateful if anyone could give a pointer to an URL for
downloading the required MSPCrunch program. I haven't been able to find
it with Google. I'm experiencing some firewall problems and have to work
with multiple workstations via ssh, so I really need a local copy.
We're using RedHat 7.3.
