Files organisation problem:
I have saved a sequence as one entry and then the putative ORFs
as another separate entry. Both these files were put in one file.
However, when I opened again the sequence and read the ORF file
on the top of the sequence, I could not read the blast searches that
I had originaly run. I had to take the two files out of the folder and
than I could view the blast searches. I am not sure where the Blast
searches are usually saved (I usually run Artemis through HGMP).
Is there a way to keep files with associated data together?
