[artemis-users] running batch blasts via artemis, windows

I have just downloaded Artemis onto my PC. No problems except one: Iselect my ORFs for blast searches through the view/show CDS genes and products pulldown. That action bringsup a dialog box with a "run" pull-down. When I ask it to the blast searches, I get an error message.     I/O error: java.io.IOException: CreateProcess: run_blastp blastp\file_of_filenames.1 swir error=0 Any suggestions?   thanks.
