Hello, I would like to run blastp on ORF found by Artemis. I am running Artemis through HGMP so as to have to Run option in the menu. I have noticed that the default is to run blastp on swissprot. I would like to run the program on a nr database. But when i changed the option (through: set up blastp) to nr it did not work. Is it possible to have such a search and is there another name in stead of nr that I should use? Thank you for the help Maria Maria C.
