This mode is switched on by right-clicking in the sequence display window, and chosing "One line per entry" from the drop-down menu. In this mode, each line of the display shows the features from one of the tab files. It is particularly useful for looking at multiple gene predictions. The mode can be selected in each of the sequence display windows independantly, so it is possible to see both views at the same time by using the top and bottom windows at the same zoom level.
