We have a Perl script to do this. The script and the Perl modules you need are in this archive, along with some example input files: ftp://ftp.sanger.ac.uk/pub/pathogens/software/artemis/extra/diagram_example.tar.gz Run: bin/circular_diagram.pl to get some brief instructions. Have a look in the "notes" file for some example command lines. Kim.
