I've just started
playing with artemis (v5) in Mandrake linux. I have figured out how to use
netblast to blast my orfs. However, everything I blastp comes back as
having no hits to the database. I suspect that there's a problem with the
database artemis is trying to use. How can I make sure that it is using
GenBank's "nr" database or the equivellant?
