Hi Nydia, re:WebACT
It is an issue with pasting very large sequences into a HTML textbox rather than uploading a file (textboxes not being all that good at handling very large numbers of characters). I am glad that uploading the file has worked and we shall put a warning on the WebACT site to that effect. As Tim mentioned, queries relating to WebACT are probably best dealt with at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thanks and all the best David -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thu 05/04/2007 00:53 To: Aanensen, David Subject: RE: [Artemis-users] problems with large sequences David, I tried saving the sequences as text using Note Pad on a PC, uploaded them and it worked. I have a MAC, I tried using text edit to save the files and upload them and it didn't work. Is there an equivalent to NotePad for MAC or anything else that can be used.
