I'm wondering if anyone noticed that if you use the Navigator to look for an amino acid string in your sequence you have to use capital letters? Tried to find a known AA sequence and wrote the string in lower-case letters ("Ignore case" was checked), due to laziness. The sequence was not found. As soon as the AA sequence was written in captial letters it was no problem. Is it just me or a small bug? ;)
