What error code do you get back when requesting the file? If you can see the
jar in the tree browser - do you get a 404 when trying to download it? (make
sure to clear the browser cache).
It is possible that the jar was not retrieved originally due to a problem
with the remote repository and is now stored in the negative cache.
Try zapping the remote repository cache and see if that helps (select the
repository in the tree browser, then - zap caches).
If this doesn't help then we can look at your specific configuration to
trace the problem.
