There should be an error log in the file
"/opt/artifactory/current/logs/artifactory.log"
if not can you try to look in /opt/artifactory/current/logs/consoleout.log
for error about artifactory webapp.
The Artifactory webapp did not start for some reason (file access usually),
and that should be visible in the above files (hopefully :).
