Hi,
This wagon jar is in repo1! Why do you need manual deploy?
>From the maven log it looks like you are accessing Artifactory. You should
try to look at the artifactory.log or access.log files under
artifactory/logs folder for anything suspicious.
It may be permissions or more likely some network access issue.
