After installation artifactory (read on http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Dedicated+Tomcat+Instance Wiki ) on tomcat, I cannot start artifactory. The tomcat message is "FAIL - Application at context path /artifactory could not be started". The link http://localhost:8080/artifactory delivers a 404-Error.
