Using the m2eclipse plugin, I added a new index to a repository I created in Artifactory. Here's my problem. When I put in the URL to the REAL repository I kept getting from m2eclipse plugin that it was "unable to update index" However, when I put in the URL to a VIRTUAL repository (which contained the one I was trying to index) then the m2eclipe plugin was happy. I didn't think I would have to go through a VIRTUAL repository. I'd prefer not to!
