There can be various reasons for your performance issues.
502 typically relates to AJP/proxy connectivity problems, so I doubt if the
issue is with Artifactory.
Looking at your current AJP/proxy settings and trying without AJP may put
you in the right direction.
If there are visible log errors they may also help, but without this kind of
information it is difficult to help you.
