Yes, it is a snapshot cleanup per single version.
Currently, we do not automate the cleanup per number of individual
versions, but you can achieve this manually with the "Delete Versions"
action (
http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF20/Cleaning+Up+Versions).
