Hi Maarten, Signed jars are kept in the virtual repository cache. As long as this cache exists and the non-signed file didn't change it will be there and will be the same. BUT, the virtual repository cache is cleaned whenever you change the signing key or you clean is manually from the UI. It isn't backed up either. So if it important for you to keep the signed files for long term i suggest redeploying the downloaded signed jars to a local repository.
