This is indeed the expected behavior since in older versions of
Artifactory only jars and poms would be counted in the the artifact
count.

special instructions to perform for my deployment of Artifactory. I
remove the old instance and exploded directory of the war file and drop
the new war file in place and started up tomcat. Was I suppose to clean
up the temp directory before launching?
