Hi Clarence,

This is indeed the expected behavior since in older versions of Artifactory only jars and poms would be counted in the the artifact count.

To whom it may concern,
I just completed an upgrade of Artifactory from 2.1.3 to 2.2.5 and I noticed that the number of Artifacts nearly doubled from around 10800 to about 19000 artifacts. I run artifactory via tomcat on my system. Could someone explain to my why this happened? If this is an expected behavior. I read the upgrade instructions for 2.2.5 and there was no special instructions to perform for my deployment of Artifactory. I remove the old instance and exploded directory of the war file and drop the new war file in place and started up tomcat. Was I suppose to clean up the temp directory before launching?

Thank you in advance,

Clarence
