Hi Craig,
To change the backing database for existing installation you have to
export the data (Admin->Import/Export->Export System), change the
database configuration of Artifactory and than import the exported data.
I recommend importing to a new Artifactory installation which will not
require any cleanup (of the old data) and will allow keeping the old
installation online until the process is done.
