Hi Nospamnerd,
Your include/exclude rules should be in forced when trying to download
artifacts through the virtual repository.
You should be getting 404 when attempting to download artifacts that are not
valid by the include rules,
So in terms of your initial intent, you can start working.
However in terms of UI, this is indeed a bug, the UI should apply the
include/exclude rules on the viewable artifacts.
