When upgrading standalone version, there are some directories that you'll
have to replace.
$ARTIFACTORY_HOME is where your current standalone version is installed and
these are the
directories and files that you must replace (ie, delete the existing from
$ARTIFACTORY_HOME
and copy the new ones from the extracted zip):
artifactory.jar
cgilib/
lib/
webapps/artifactory.war
etc/jetty.xml
After you're done, delete $ARTIFACTORY_HOME/work and start the server.
