Sorry mate, I've misread your question.
The artifact-tree items are linkable; the links can be found in the
artifact's General Info panel.
If you'e using version 2.3.0 or later, the value of the artifact "Name"
field is linked. Before 2.3.0, there is a designated field name "Tree URL".
Although provided link cannot invoke the "Pom View" action, it is possible
to preselect a tab by adding the parameter to the tree link so you can
directly link to the "Pom View" tab.
The parameter is named "selectTab", and it's value should be the display
name of the tab. So if you have a tree link:
http://myhost/artifactory/webapp/browserepo.html?pathId=myrepo:groupId/artifactId/version/artifactId-version.pom
Simple append "&selectTab=Name", for example:
http://myhost/artifactory/webapp/browserepo.html?pathId=myrepo:groupId/artifactId/version/artifactId-version.pom&selectTab=Pom%20View
