There are statements in the docs that are completely wrong for 2.3.1
version like the ibiblio resolver working for resolving and publishing
which it does NOT work for publishing(works fine on resolving though).
What version are people using of artifactory and can I get an example
ivysettings.xml(hopefully it just uses the ibiblio resolver for publish
and resolving both???)
